As a China valve supplier, we mainly provide INDUSTRIAL VALVES, such as gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves. The sizes range from 1/2" to 64"(25-1600mm) while pressure ratings range from ANSI/ASME Class 125 to Class 4500 and UNI PN6 to PN400. Material ranges from conventional cast or forged steel to special alloy materials like Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy or Duplex steel. Designing and Manufacturing standards strictly conform to API,ASTM, ANSI, AWWA, JIS, DIN, BS and ISO. Our strength lies in the variety of valves to provide a unique solution for the services of power-FGD, Mining, Pharmaceuticals, Gas processing, Water Filtration, petrochemical, oilfield, Chemical, Water/Wastewater, Oil&gas, Steel, Pulp/Pater, Ship building and Pipeline Industries.
Zaval's R&D team utilizes the latest technology to design every component for optimal performance through its full pressure/temperature range.
Electronic prototypes are subjected to dimension verification as well as pressure and temperature simulations (FEA) in an effort to confirm the design and expose potential weakness in a "virtual" environment. This process ensures the actual product is "fit for purpose" prior to manufacture.
Individual materials and assemblies are subjected to a rigorous testing protocol prior to production release and during manufacturing. After assembly each valve is actuated and tested prior to shipment.
Zaval products are also performance tested for certification of capabilities such as fire safe, fugitive emissions, flow capacity, shock/vibration resistance and safety integrity (SIL) among others.

Each member is trained in the factory to get professional knowledge about our valve and pipe products, production and service before coming back to the sales office. Nov. 2007, Zaval was founded with 10millon RMB registered capital. The company manufactured forged steel valve and ball valve.
Dec. 2008, The plant ISO 9001 and PED CE QS system certified by TUV
May. 2009, the company's plant with a floor area of 2820m2 and a building area of 2670m2 was completed.
Feb. 2010, it began to produce butterfly valve, gate valve, API valve, etc, and became a comprehensive valve enterprise with products for extensive fields and strong R&D capability. The business extended to U.S.A, Europe, Middle East and other countries and regions.
Jan. 2018, with a floor area of 28000 sq.meters was completed and put into production.

According to requirements in customer order, on the premise of ensuring quality and delivery date, the company:
uses advanced computer-aided design, conducts excellent production of blank, careful process machining and superb final test; user may conduct sampling test to blank, work-in-progress and product retest in the factory at any time in the delivery date of the product; make product appearance painting and delivery packaging form by customer's requirements.
After-sale service
The company provides valve routine maintenance as well as training service for troubleshooting of common faults; provides remote or on-site valve review, installation and operation technical guidance; for customer quality complaint, after technical support by telephone, professional customer service personnel will arrived at the scene within 24 hours to service* if any further service is required; user's technical quality consultation will be replied within 24 hours; 24 months ( 18+6 ) of product warranty period is provided (18 months in national standard); provide 24 - hour technical support hotline; provide various forms of after sale service for free during the warranty, provide life time after sale service and limited supply of free wearing parts for three years.
